Workout of the Day!

What a great workout today!
 I started warming up by walking outside. 
The workout was an hour total plus a five minute warm up.

4 sets of 10
1. Seated Chest Press
2. Plie Goblet Squat
3. Dumbbell Back Row
4. Inner Thigh Lifts on the wall
5. Bent arm Lateral Shoulder Raise
6. Outer Thigh Lifts on Wall
7. Twisting Bicep Curls
8. Seated Quadriceps Extension
9. Standing Triceps Kickback
10. Lying Hamstring Curls
After 4 sets of 10 each I did a 5 minute cardio interval workout:
30 Seconds on 30 seconds off for each exercise.
Mountain Climbers
Jumping JAcks

I followed this with a 20 minute elliptical workout, increasing resistance every 4-5 minutes.
