The start of a Golden Era.

I've had so many dreams and taken so many different paths through the years.
It's hard to be a colorful person in a world that feels so black and white.
Being a personal trainer, I learned so much about myself and life this year.
More than I ever thought possible.
The people around me have made me feel so loved and shown me what real
love is supposed to be like.
It makes you want to continue your life and succeed.
It ignites your passion.
Since I was a little girl, I loved writing lyrics, books of them.
I also loved makeup and dressing up.
I remember everyone always asking why I was so dressed up for.
My mom would always say "Is that all you do is makeup and get dressed up?"
I realized this is really my passion.
I love to get dressed up. I love putting clothes together, I love makeup, I love hairstyles and
I love to sing.
Life goes by so quickly. I'm 29 today, born September 29th.
It's the Start of my golden year.
I remember waiting for this day as a teen and it went so quickly.
As fast as it goes, I know this is only the beginning.
I want to make all my dreams come true,
because dreams don't work unless you do.
Follow my journey, let's see where life takes us.

Workout of the Day!

What a great workout today!

 I started warming up by walking outside. 

The workout was an hour total plus a five minute warm up.

4 sets of 10

1. Seated Chest Press

2. Plie Goblet Squat

3. Dumbbell Back Row

4. Inner Thigh Lifts on the wall

5. Bent arm Lateral Shoulder Raise

6. Outer Thigh Lifts on Wall

7. Twisting Bicep Curls

8. Seated Quadriceps Extension

9. Standing Triceps Kickback

10. Lying Hamstring Curls

After 4 sets of 10 each I did a 5 minute cardio interval workout:

30 Seconds on 30 seconds off for each exercise.

Mountain Climbers

Jumping JAcks

I followed this with a 20 minute elliptical workout, increasing resistance every 4-5 minutes.

Fig Chocolate Hazelnut Spread!

I always try new ways to make healthy versions of foods I love.

I love nutella...and although this doesn't taste like it..Its still so good!

You can eat it alone, or spread on toast.

Now when I make things, I never measure..So this is a rough estimate.

Next time I think I will add more hazelnuts, but just keep adding until your satisfied..

And yes..I'm bringing back toasti, because she's just so cute!

What you need:

-1 cup Sun Dried Black Mission figs. (I got a big bag at costco) Don't use the ones in the plastic (like  

           the crown figs..) The ones from cosco still have some moisture to them. The ones in the plastic

           will be very dry.

-20 hazelnuts

-A spoonful Unsweetened Cocoa powder

- Water

Or order figs HERE

1. Chop the figs in the food processor until they are finely chopped.

2. Add hazelnuts and chop. (I had to add water, because I have a Magic bullet and you need it for everything...but it did make the texture better..it didn't get hard in the fridge the next day)

3. Add Cocoa powder and water I usually fill it a little at a time until the texture is smooth, but not too wet.

4. Now you can eat or refrigerate. (I'm so excited the texture stays nice even after three days)..That's how long it lasted..
